VitaFit was an online platform which was selling drugs, medicines and supplements. My role was to design the website from scratch, from conducting user research to wirframing, testing and delivering the final design

Challenge
One common issue faced by pharmacy visitors has been the need to personally go to the pharmacy to purchase medicine or dietary supplements. Moreover, if the desired item is out of stock, they must visit multiple pharmacies in the city, which can be quite inconvenient.
Results
Our objective in developing and launching the VitaFit website was to provide individuals with the convenience of purchasing over-the-counter medicines and supplements online, eliminating the need for a doctor's prescription. Additionally, for those seeking information about specific drugs or facing unavailability, we aimed to provide quick assistance and notifications.

1- Classified products with a simple UI and navigation
2- Expert advice in the field of health and medicine with a pleasant and general tone
3- Brief but complete information about the products offered in the store
4- Provide timely and quality delivery service to customers

6- Coverage of different price ranges for drugs from all brands (fee comparison mode)
Ideation
1- Store focused on bodybuilding supplements, home health products, prescription drugs, pharmaceutical supplements and in the next phase cosmetics and herbal medicines
2- List of all pharmacies and announcement of drug inventory depending on the user's search and showing of the nearest pharmacy to the user's location
3- Sell electronic and paper prescription drugs with fast and easy authentication
4- Pickup sales from the nearest pharmacy for prescription drugs
5- Periodic sale of medicine (30-day consumption, etc.)
Information Architecture:
In the process of analyzing the search results and re-explaining the problem and idea generation, we drew a customer journey in this product (this path becomes more complete over time)
